Weekend Workout

I hope everyone has had a great week and is ready for the weekend!  I know I am ready for the warmer weather rolling in tomorrow–crossfit workout and then sprints after a banquet.  I am planning on keeping my sprints in my weekly routine because of how much benefit they provide the body, not only from the waist down, but also the abs!

If you need another workout to try this weekend, give this one a go:

10 Warm-up (get your heart rate up!)

6 x through for time:

  • 10 burpees
  • 10 pushups
  • 10 squat jumps
  • 10 V-ups
  • 100 m sprint

Then finish with this ab circuit 3 x through:

  • 1 min left side plank
  • 20 russian twists (20 ea. way)
  • 1 min right side plank
  • 20 full sit-ups
  • 1 min front plank
  • 20 toe touches

Make sure to cool down and stretch..and let me know how it goes if you do it!
