Just a Little Weekend Workout

Today I did a workout at a local HS before I went to the gym to do some Oly work/deadlifts and figured I would share it with you in case you wanted to give it a try!

Image 24 Rounds:

  • 25 Push-ups
  • Sprint across the football field
  • Sprint up and down a row of stadium steps
  • Jog back across the field

4 Rounds:

  • 25 Sit-ups (slow with hands behind head–focus on using your abs not your momentum)
  • Sprint across the field
  • Lunge up the steps (every 2 or 3 steps depending on leg length and step size)
  • Jog back across the field

If this is your only workout for the day, you could add….

4 Rounds:

  • 25 air squats
  • Sprint across the field
  • Hop up the steps, run down
  • Jog back across the field
