Coconut popcorn has to be one of my favorite treats! I made it for my team this past weekend and they couldn’t keep their hands out of the bowl. It has a nice sweet and salty taste and is super easy to make!
corn kernels (enough to make 3-4c of popcorn)
Pop the popcorn and heat up the coconut oil until melted. Drizzle the coconut oil on the popcorn and then add salt to your liking. Salt is optional, but it does give the popcorn a nice salty, sweet taste. It kind of reminds me of kettle corn!
