Deliciously thick and simple shake you will want to try!
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1c. water or almond milk for a thicker shake with more almond flavor
1/2c. fat free cottage cheese
1 Tbl. cocoa powder
1/2 frozen banana
1 Tbl. nut butter of your choice
Directions: Blend in a blender until smooth then enjoy!
