Being in contest prep, I tend to consume a lot of chicken. As we all know, chicken can become boring really quick when you cook it plain or even with a few different spices, so I tried to come up with other ideas.
Buffalo Ranch Chicken Tenders
- 1tsp of Hidden Valley Ranch Packet
- 2 heaping Tbl greek yogurt
- chicken tenders
- Frank’s RedHot Sauce
Mix tsp of ranch seasoning with greek yogurt.
Heat pan on medium-high heat and then place chicken tenders on pan. Just fit in as many as you can!
Cover chicken with half of the ranch mixture and then add RedHot to the tenders to your liking and spread over tenders.
Flip tenders over and use the remaining ranch mixture (unless you want to save some for dipping–just use different spoon for each application to chicken to not contaminate the mixture). Add more RedHot to this side of tenders. After they have been cooked, eat and enjoy!
I have made these all week and haven’t been sick of them yet!
